As we wait for Marcy's physical healing to manifest, everyone who comes in contact with Marcy wants to help. It's a great testament to the goodness in the people all around us.
None of us feel like we do enough to help Marcy - maybe because she gives us more than we can ever give her.
If you want to do more to help, there are a few ideas listed below - click on each idea for more details. If you have found this page as you were looking for ways to help a friend recently diagnosed with a life threatening disease, consider one or more of these ideas. For the ones that require more than one person (dinners, fundraiser) consider starting the help group that can execute the idea.
Almost all of these ideas came from our friends and family - we didn't ask for them. They came from the loving, creative people around us. As people continue to bless us, we'll keep adding ideas here.

We are blessed that so many people have helped in so many ways. The love and support of friends have kept us going.
In early February, we started asking for help yet again.

Marcy is asking friends to drop off clothes and toys they don't need any more. She will mark them and sell them at the Spring consignment sale of Encores & More. She also needs all the metal hangers she can get for hanging the clothes. Please drop them by our house when convenient. |
