Marcy's Daily Updates

Marcy still feels pretty bad. She doesn't seem to need a lot of suctioning, she just never seems comfortable. Matt came home from Bonnaroo this morning at 4:45 and I don't think Marcy has gone back to sleep - in spite of asking for Valium and 1/2 a Phenergan.

Kara was here yesterday from 2-5:30. That is unusual for a Sunday, but it allowed Darcy and me to go to an ice cream contest at First Presbyterian Church of Nashville and get tips for our ice cream recipe contest. I will simplify some of the rules I just published yesterday. Aside from the tips, Darcy and I had a good time tasting all the ice creams, talking to each other, and talking with others.

Darcy went to church yesterday morning before our outing. She couldn't find any friends to go with her to Nashville with me and I was kind of glad - we had a good time together.

Our friend Beverly came yesterday to introduce her fiancee Mark and to bring some items for the Encores and More consignment sale. We loved Mark and Marcy blinked "cute couple" after they left.

After coming in this morning, Matt said "Hi" to us in a croaky voice then showered and went to bed.

Daily Prayer for Marcy: God's continued healing manifestation. Total relief from pain and discomfort.
