Marcy's Daily Updates

Marcy made it out yesterday and was in her chair from about 1p-3p. We had planned to be be out longer but she needed to go back to bed. Last night she didn't need a lot of suctioning but blinked, "I don't feel good." She has said that before, but not often.

We (Marcy, Darcy, Cricket, and I) went to the students' art show at O'More college yesterday afternoon and saw the excellent work Darcy has been doing for the last two weeks. There was a short awards ceremony and an exhibit. Darcy enjoyed the classes and was drawing in her sketch pad last night at 10 pm, but she could have done without the awards ceremony.

Darcy wasn't interested in going anywhere after the show, so we went home to drop her off then go to a movie. But once home, Marcy decided to go on back in and get back in bed.

Before leaving yesterday, I created an ice cream contest entry instructions page and made the entry form live on the ice cream page of Marcy's Ice Cream Bowl. If you have a good ice cream recipe - or know someone who does - please enter.

Marcy asked me to text Matt yesterday at Bonnaroo and ask if he was having fun. He replied and said he is. He mentioned seeing the Beastie Boys and Al Green. I don't know if those were the most recent acts he saw or the best.

Daily Prayer for Marcy: Rest and recovery from outing yesterday. God's continued healing manifestation. Total relief from pain and discomfort.
