7/20/05 New Antibiotic Treatment From:

Marcy asked me to send another specific prayer request: that a new treatment will help. A few months ago we read on the web about an IV antibiotic protocol that is helping others diagnosed with neurological disfunctions including ALS. A friend of a friend emailed another article about it and said that our friend is seeing some improvement after only a couple of weeks of treatment. Our friend's doctor is here in Franklin, we saw her (the doctor) last week, hope to be tested this week, and hope to start treatment next week. We don't know any more about Marcy and the Mitochondrial Disease mentioned in the last email. Marcy is still using the CellQuest mentioned in the last email, but stopped using the liver cleanse because it upset her stomach. Since it's almost time to go back to school, Marcy also asked me to ask you for help with fall and winter clothes for Darcy - size 12 to 14. If we could get some clothes that others have outgrown, it will help Darcy get even more excited about going to middle school. Marcy received many prayer requests after our last email, but she can handle more. Just email or call me and I'll add your prayer request to Marcy's computer.
