November 18th Marcy was able to make it to Darcy's school Thanksgiving lunch.

Lunch was in Darcy's classroom (to avoid the noise) and Darcy brought each of her teachers in to meet Marcy.

Marcy did well physically and emotionally, we saw lots of friends at the school

About four weeks ago we started training Abee, Marcy's Personal Assistant.

Abee brings her dog, Whiskey, and helps care for Marcy.

The Personal Assistant program is a federally funded pilot grant administered by the Arc of Tennessee.

Abee has been a big help and has given me an opportunity to do more things with the kids and to do some things around the house.

Matt has been practicing driving and Darcy has been spending time on her trampoline.

Darcy also fostered three very cute kittens.
