A Miracle in the Making

We just returned
from Massachusetts for our second round of neurosequencing. You
can learn more about this therapy at www.blend.ws.
Over the course
of 4 days, this N.D. Spent 16 hours laying transmitters and probes
on different parts of Marcy's body and massaging his "solution"
into Marcy's skin.
The results
are truly miraculous.
Marcy had muscle
atrophy such that her hands looked like skeletons' hands; her right
shoulder had atrophied so much that there was a dimple/cavity large
enough to hold my fist; she could barely remain in a seated position
without a seat back and arms; she couldn't use her arms long enough
to finish a meal on her own.
After these
few days - almost while we were watching - her atrophied areas started
filling in and today are almost back to normal. The swelling that
had been in her feet for months went away after the first day. By
the end of the sessions, Marcy was able to perform arm and leg movements
she was not able to do before starting this treatment. She has been
able to finish some meals on her own without my needing to feed
her.
Marcy is a long
way from "cured," but we believe the progression of ALS
has now stopped and she has truly turned the corner. She has to
work very hard to rebuild strength in her muscles - much like after
a spinal cord injury - and it will take much time, but she is a
fighter and will be able to do it.
The doctor asked
us to continue to do the exercises he showed us, spray his solution
into her muscles several times a day, add a few things to our diet,
stop sleeping on our waterbed, and a few other things.
The second session
did more of the same: more filling in of atrophied areas and some
improvement in strength.
We'll see him
again in a few weeks when he goes to a clinic in Pennsylvania -
it will be a shorter drive.
God led us to this Christian health care worker through an email
from one of our ALS email groups. Marcy is only his second ALS patient
and Marcy responded better than the first.
We thank you
for your thoughts and prayers up to now and continue to ask for
your support as God leads us forward.
